REQUIREMENTS
Colour scan of applicants Passport bio page (including signature page) with a validity of at least six (6) months;
Completed Questionnaire. You will find one in our downloadable pack.
A valid round-trip air ticket;
International vaccination certificates;
A certificate of accommodation issued by the person undertaking to host the visitor, with the signature of the mayor territorially competent or better still, a firm hotel reservation for the projected duration of stay;
Employers Letter containing the following information:
  • Full details of the applicant including their profession.
  • Purpose of the trip
  • State their company is financially responsible
Copy of Yellow Fever Certificate
Invite letter from Cameroon
A Mission warrant (if applicable)
