REQUIREMENTS
Passport
  • Be valid 6 months after the exit date from South Koreas
  • Has to have at least one blank visa page.
Proof of Employment
  • Supply a copy of the Certificate of Employment from the applicant's prospective employer.
Proof of Residency
  • Also supply a photocopy.
  • UK visa or residency permit, has to be original and valid at least 6 months on the submission day.
Photograph
  • One recent passport sized colour photograph. This must be uploaded online.

Return flight itinerary.
Original UK Company letter:
  • It must include the following points:
  • Applicants full name.
  • Passport number and Nationality.
  • Purpose of trip and name of company being visited.
  • The employer is financially responsible.
  • State the length of visa and amount of entries needed.
  • It must be fully addressed to the South Korean Embassy.
Copy of the Korean company's Business Registration Certificate.
  • This must not be older than 3 months.

Copy of the Contract between the UK and Korean companies.

Due to the Covid 19 situation kindly provide these additional documents:
  • Health Condition Report Form. You will find one in our downloadable pack
  • Facility Quarantine Agreement (All air travellers should quarantine for 14 days). You will find one in our downloadable pack
  • A Medical Certificate by their doctor confirming no symptoms of Covid-19 issued within 48 hours. You may alternatively submit Any Covid-19 test result letter (or printed email confirmation. Regent Visas can organise both postal testing and screening at a medical facility in Harley Street. If you want us to organise either then kindly add the appropriate product to your order please.

Important Visa Information
  • All visas are suspended except for applicants who have been granted either the visa fast track or quarantine exemption by the Korean government. This takes the form of an official letter which must be sent directly to the Embassy of South Korea from the inviter.
  • Please not that these regulations are for those staying for 90 days or less.
