REQUIREMENTS
Passport:
  • With more than 6 months validity on.
  • Supply a photo copy of the photo details page.
  • Must have at least 2 blank pages.
Visa form completed online.
  • Complete the Thai E-visa Questionnaire. You will find one in our downloadable pack.
  • Regent Visas will then complete the visa form process on your behalf. Regent Visas will also pay for your visa at the time of submission.
1 Photo. It must be passport sized photo taken within the last 6 months on a white background needs to be uploaded when completing the visa form online.
Proof of accommodation in Thailand
  • This can be Accommodation bookings, invitation letters from family/friends in Thailand
Financial Evidence:
  • This can be either Bank Statements, proof of earnings, sponsorship letter
  • Bank statements need to be from the last 2 months showing the applicants name and address on. It must have a balance of at least £40 a day for single entry, or £5000 for 6 month multiple entry visas. If the statement has no personal details on then supply a print out stamped by the applicants bank bearing its seal.

The following 12 items are scanned and uploaded when completing the Visa form online:
  • A colour passport photo on a white back ground.
  • Flight tickets
  • Copy of Bio page from Passport including page opposite if your signature is on the opposite page.
  • Proof of Accommodation in Thailand
  • Confirmed Flight confirmation
  • If being invited then supply the ID of the person inviting you
  • Declaration form.
  • Copies of stamps in your passport from the last 12 months (1 year).
  • Photo of yourself holding the passport bio page from your passport
  • Last two months Bank Statements
  • Last two months Council Tax Bills
  • A confirmation letter from Employer, School, Self-employment assessment, Pension Statement.

Important Visa Information
  • The visa holder can stay in Thailand for no longer than 60 days at a time. An extension for 30 days is possible by going to the local Immigration office.
  • Some nationalities may take 1 month to get the visa. Contact Regent Visas for the latest information regarding your nationality.
  • The online visa form asks for a copy of an invite from Thailand. If you are not being invited then you must upload the hotel(s) confirmation.
  • The online visa form asks you to upload a copy of a UK residence visa. If you do not require one then upload a recent Council tax or Utility bill.
  • The visa is done online now. Approval will be emailed to you when the visa application has been authorised.
  • Photos and Passports need to be uploaded as JPG's under 3mb.
  • The visa is paid online at time of submission.
