REQUIREMENTS
Passport
  • Must be valid six months after the visa expires.
  • Be valid for at least 6 months from date of lodging. Have at least two blank visa pages opposite each other.
Complete the Monkey Pox Declaration form, declaring the applicant does not have Monkey Pox.

Visa Form
  • You will find this form in our document pack.
  • Fully filled.
  • Black ink only.
  • In block capitals only.
  • No handwritten changes.
  • You must answer all questions including Previous Nationality (even if the previous nationality is the same as the current), Current Nationality & Religion.
2 photographs
  • Must be of photo booth quality and be on a whitish background. The photos can stapled either side of the face onto the form.
An Original Marriage certificate. It must be legalised by the British Foreign and Commonwealth office. Regent Visas can obtain this legalisation for you.
Copy of the working persons Passport photo page.
Copy of the Husband/Wife's Igama working in Saudi. (if going to working for a Government department then it can be possible all family members to apply at the same time for the visas, in which an Igama was not needed).
Saudi Medical not older than 3 months obtained from a UK Doctor for everyone over 15 years old:
  • It must then be apostilised by the British Foreign and Commonwealth office prior to the visa application.
  • Saudi Medicals and Apostilisations can be organised by Regent Visas.
  • Medicals obtained outside the UK will need to be authenticated by the Saudi Embassy in the country where it was issued.
A copy of the Visa Block issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with the applicants details on.
If applying for Children then supply an Original full Birth certificate. It must be legalised by the British Foreign and Commonwealth office. Regent Visas can obtain this legalisation for you.
For applicants over 18 years an original Police Certificate not older than 1 month:
  • It must then be apostilised by the British Foreign and Commonwealth office prior to the visa application.

  • You must complete details on the countries that you have visited in the previous 14 days before applying for the visa.

Important information:
  • Residence visas are valid from date of issue for 1-3 months.
  • If you have a valid Saudi visa then you cannot apply for a new visa unless there are just 2 days left to before it expires.
  • Kindly note the Embassy are open for lodging visas Monday to Thursday only.

If the applicant has a British passport and was born abroad, but did not have previous nationality, then supply a legalised copy of the long Birth certificate. Regent Visas provides the service to get the Birth Certificate legalised.
In order to board a plane to Saudi Arabia you must present a valid PCR test no older than 48 hours. You do not need to present one to obtain a visa.

Applicants for Saudi Visas must be present in the UK during the time their documents are submitted at the Embassy.
