REQUIREMENTS
Passport
  • Has to have at least two blank visa pages.
  • Be valid at least three months after the return date from Belarus.
Visa Application Form
  • You will find this in our document pack.
  • Completed in type or by hand in black ink.
Photograph
  • One recent passport size photograph.
Copy of valid Travel insurance.
Proof of Travel Arrangements:
  • Either original tourist vouchers or a copy of tourist vouchers together with a covering letter from a registered travel agent in Belarus.
Copy of Medical Insurance.
