REQUIREMENTS
Passport
  • Must be valid for at least 6 months to run from date of return from Gabon.
  • It must have 1 blank page.
Visa form
  • Completed one by hand in black ink. The phot should be attached by paper clip.
Photograph
  • 2 photos of photo booth quality on an off whitish background. It cannot be fixed to the visa form.
Copy of Flight itinerary
Copy of Hotel Booking.
Supply a copy of your Yellow fever certificate
Proof of Address
  • Supply a copy of your current utility bill.

All visas are valid for 3 months from date of issue.
Complete the Gabon Authorisation form.
You must take a Yellow fever certificate into Gabon.
