REQUIREMENTS
Passport
  • Must be valid at least six months after the day of travel stated on the visa form, and have 2 clear pages.
Visa Application Form
  • Visa form completed online. Print and sign. View Form
  • You will find also find a link to the application form in our document pack.
  • The printed form counts as a receipt for the online application.
Photograph
  • One recent passport sized colour photograph of photo booth quality, and be on an off whitish background.
Yellow Fever Certificate
  • Has to be supplied if the applicant has been travelling to an infected country, a copy is sufficient.
Ministry of Labour approval.
  • The Embassy must have received the approval before they will accept the visa application.
Original Full Birth Certificate plus a photocopy
  • The Birth certificate must show both parents details. The Embassy do not retain the certificate.
  • Has to be addressed to the embassy.
  • Together with the CNPJ approval.
The following documents must be uploaded onto the Brazilian website
  • Applicant’s valid passport – ID page
  • Visa Request Form Receipt – photo and signature
  • Letter signed by a senior manager of the company to which the applicant is performing work in Brazil

Copy of applicants Full Birth certifcate.
Authorisation form:
  • Complete and sign. This allows Regent Visas to lodge and collect your application on your behalf.
