REQUIREMENTS
Passport
  • Must have at least one blank visa page.
  • Must be valid six months after the expiry of the visa.
Copy of the passport's info page.
  • Clear photocopy, can be black and white.
Complete a Visa Application Form in duplicate.
  • You will find this in our document pack.
Photographs
  • 2 recent photographs of photo booth quality. These must be stapled, 1 to each form.
Proof of Residence in the UK (only if you need a visa to live here).
  • Either a valid original UK visa in the passport
  • Or if a Residence card then supply a colour photocopy of both sides.
A copy of a UK Company Letter
  • Specify the purpose of the business trip.
  • State that the company is financially responsible for the applicant whilst in Myanmar.
  • State the details of the applicant.
  • Addressed to the Embassy.
Letter of Invitation (can be written in English).
  • Addressed to the embassy.
  • Include details of the applicant.
  • Specify the purpose of the business trip.
  • State how many entries require.
  • Addressed to the embassy.
Supply a copy of the Inviting companies registration certificate.

  • To first apply for a multiple entry visa the applicant must have have been issued and used, 3 single entry visas in the last year.
  • Single entry visas are valid for 3 months from date of issue. Multiple entry visas are valid for 6-12 months
