REQUIREMENTS
Passport
  • At least one blank visa page.
  • Must be valid 6 months after the expiry of the visa.
Visa Application Form in duplicate.
  • Complete by hand in black ink 1 visa application form.
  • You will find this in our document pack.
Photographs
  • Two recent passport size photographs. They must be of photo booth quality and stapled to the visa form.
Proof of Residence in the UK
  • Or if a residence card then a colour photocopy of both sides.
  • Either a valid original UK visa in the passport.
Proof of Travel Arrangements
  • A booking confirmation from a tour operator in Myanmar, and must state it is a package tour.
