Photograph
  • A scan of a recently taken passport size photographs of photo booth quality on a whitish background.
Scan copy of the applicants Passport bio page and page opposite.
  • Be valid for at least 6 months from date of applying.
  • Must have at least 1 blank visa page.

Scanned Letter from Sponsor/Hotel- Letter by Operator (Recognised by the Dept of Tourist Services)
