REQUIREMENTS
Passport
  • If applying for a single entry visa then the passport must have at least 2 blank pages. They do not have to be opposite.
  • Be valid 6 months beyond the entry date into Iraq.
  • If applying for a multiple entry visa then the passport must have at least 3 blank pages. Two of these blank pages must be opposite each other.
  • Be valid 6 months beyond the entry date into Iraq.
Visa form completed online
  • You will find also find a link to the application form in our document pack.
  • Must be completed on line, printed and signed in black ink.

Photographs
  • Two recent passport sized color photographs.
UK Company letter.
  • It must be original.
  • It must be on company headed paper.
  • Specify the purpose of the journey.
  • Include the name of the company being visited.
  • Match the invitation with the number of entries and length of visa needed.
  • Nationality of the applicant.
  • Passport Number.
  • Date of Birth and Sex.
  • State the applicants full Name.
  • Must be signed by the applicant's supervisor or the Company's HR department.
  • State the employer is financially responsible for the applicant.
  • Must be fully addressed to the Embassy.
  • The letter must be dated and be no older than 1 month.
  • Needs to be on company headed paper, must include the address, phone and fax numbers.
A copy of the invite letter approved from the Iraqi Government / Ministry of Foreign Affairs
  • A copy is acceptable.
  • Be approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with an approval number.
  • It must be transmitted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and confirmed recieved by the Embassy prior to submission.
For Multiple entry visa applications you must provide a legalised medical certificate for having the following blood tests:
  • HIV
  • Hepatitis A, B & C
  • The Medical must be legalised by the British FCO. Regent visas can provide this service for you.

Copy of Passport Bio page
An Appointment needs to be booked to lodge the visa application. The appointments must be printed out and handed in on the day of the appointment. Regent Visas will obtain one on your behalf
