ETA Tourist Visa application form. Complete in black ink by hand.

  • Please note you must have at least 2 unused pages, and be valid for at least 6 months on arrival in Sri Lanka.
Supply the address you are staying at in Sri Lanka.

  • You can only apply for an E-visa if you are staying less than 30 days.
  • You should take a copy of the visa approval email with you into Sri Lanka.
