REQUIREMENTS
Passport
  • It needs to be valid for at least six months at exit date
Photos
  • 2 recent and identical passport size photo on a white background (35mm-45mm)
Two Visa forms
  • Complete and sign in black ink.
  • You will fnd one in our downloadable pack.
2 copies of Return ticket
  • A signed attestation with the stamp of the agency which issued the flights (the reservation dates must be clearly indicated)
Copy of the Hotel reservation

  • There is no Embassy representation in the UK. Your application(s) will be sent to our colleagues in Belgium where there is representation.
  • The fees for sending and receiving your application(s) to the Embassy in Belgium via our agent is included in the visa fee.
