REQUIREMENTS
Passport
  • Has to have at least one blank visa page.
  • Be valid 6 months beyond the entry date into Iraq.
Visa form completed online
  • You will find also find a link to the application form in our document pack.
  • Must be completed on line, printed and signed in black ink.

Photographs
  • Two recent passport sized color photographs.
UK Company letter.
  • It must be original.
  • It must be on company headed paper.
  • Specify the purpose of the journey.
  • Include the name of the company being visited.
  • Match the invitation with the number of entries and length of visa needed.
  • Nationality of the applicant.
  • Passport Number.
  • Date of Birth and Sex.
  • State the applicants full Name.
  • Must be signed by the applicant's supervisor or the Company's HR department.
  • State the employer is financially responsible for the applicant.
  • Must be fully addressed to the Embassy.
  • The letter must be dated and be no older than 1 month.
  • Needs to be on company headed paper, must include the address, phone and fax numbers.
Approval from the Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • A copy is acceptable.
  • Be transmitted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and confirmed recieved by the Embassy prior to submission.
