REQUIREMENTS
Passport
  • Be valid 6 months after the exit date from South Korea
  • Has to have at least one blank visa page.
Confirmation of Visa issuance Number (which is issued in local immigration office in Korea)
  • Must include the purpose, exit and entry.
Photograph
  • One recent passport sized colour photograph. This must be uploaded online.
Visa Application Form.
  • Visa form completed online. Print and sign. View Form
  • You will also find the link in our downloadable document pack.
  • Do not print back to back. The form must be on seperate pages.
You May Alternatively submit the Following Documents instead of Visa issuance Number:
  • Original and Photocopy of the Documents that Prove the Family Relations (a Marriage Certificate, a Copy of Family Register or a Birth certificate)
  • Photocopy of passport and Korean visa(if any) of the main visa holder
  • Official invitation letter for dependants and employment certificate of main visa holder written by Korean employer of main visa holder
  • A Certificate of Tax Payment of Inviting Parties (it may be the inviting company or the main visa holder)
