REQUIREMENTS
Passport
  • Has to have at least 1 blank visa pages.
  • This must have a minimum of 6 months beyond the return date from Turkmenistan.
Visa Application Form
  • Print and complete by hand in black ink.
  • You will find a link to the application form in our document pack.
Photograph
  • 1 original photo of photo booth quality on an off whitish background. Glue the photo to the form.
Invitation certified by the Turkmenistan State Migration Service. This is obtained either from the person inviting you or a travel agent in Turkmenistan
Complete the Questionaire
  • You will find one in our downloadable pack.
Provide a travel schedule addressed to the Embassy.
