REQUIREMENTS
Visa form completed online. Print and sign. View Form
  • First you must create an account online to fill out the visa form.
  • You must also pay for the visa online.
  • You must also book an appointment at the time of completing the visa form.
  • Regent Visas can complete the visa form on your behalf, there is however an extra fee. If you want us to do so then kindly complete the visa form included in our downloadable pack. Regent Visas can also pay for your visa too.
Passport:
  • With more than 6 months validity on.
  • Also supply a photo copy of the photo details page.
Photos: 2 photo booth quality photos taken within the last 6 months.
2 photo copies of original Medical Certificate
  • This form must by filled out by your GP & the copies certified by a public notary or solicitor.
  • You will find the Medical form in our downloadable pack.
2 photo copy of the original ACPO criminal records certificate.
  • These must be certified by a public notary or solicitor.
2 photocopies of a recent original Bank statements displaying an income of at least £18000.00 a year.
  • These must be certified by a public notary or solicitor.
Completed Declaration form.
  • You will find one in our downloadable pack.
Important Visa Information
  • The visa holder can stay in Thailand for no longer than 90 days at a time.
