REQUIREMENTS
One completed visa form
Covid Vaccination Certificate showing at least two vaccinations.
Provide a scan one of the following:
  • A certificate/proof of accommodation stamped or signed by a town hall. in Togo.
  • Hotel reservation
Proof of flight booking
One colour photos of photo booth quality
Passport with a validity of six months beyond the return date.
  • You must also supply photocopies of the 2 first pages of the passport , and the last pages with the passport details and signature.
  • One full blank page is required for the visa.
Supply your Father and Mother full names.
A contact in either the UK or in Togo is needed.
An Emergency contact details are required. Can be in any country.
The following documents need to be uploaded:
  • Passport photo. Either as a PNG or JPEG file
  • Pages from passport. Maximum size 2mb PDF.
  • Flight Ititnerary
  • Either Hotel confirmation or A certificate/proof of accommodation stamped or signed by a town hall. in Togo.
  • Covid Vaccination Certificate showing at least two vaccinations.
