REQUIREMENTS
Passport
  • Must have at least one blank visa page. It must be valid at least 6 months longer than the validity of the visa.
Visa form
  • Visa form completed online. Print and sign. View Form
Photographs:
  • Supply two colour photo booth sized photos, on an off whitish background.
Original Medical certificate
  • Must be stamped and signed by the applicants Doctor.
  • Must be legalised by the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Regent visas can provide the service to get obtain the stamp. In which case kindly add this to your order.
Copy of the Work Permit.
This is issued by the Taiwanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Letter of invitation from Taiwan. A copy is acceptable
