  • You will find this in our document pack.
Visa form
  • Completed one by hand in black ink. The photo should be attached by paper clip.
Return Flight itinerary
Copy of photo details page from Passport.
  • Must be valid for at least 6 months when applying.
Hotel confirmation for at least the first night..
Medical Certificate obtained from the Cuban website
  • Regent Visas can obtain this for you. Kindly add the Cuban Medical Certificate product to your order

  • Single entry visas are valid up to 30 days stay
  • Travelling for tourism reasons directly from the USA to Cuba is not allowed
