REQUIREMENTS
Passport
  • Be valid 6 months after the entry date into Sudan.
  • Has to have at least one blank visa page.
A clear photocopy of the applicants passport Bio info page(s).
Visa Application Form
  • You will find this in our document pack.
Photographs
  • One recent passport sized colour photograph of photo booth quality and be on an off whitish background. The photo can be stapled either side of the face onto the visa form.
Employers letter:
  • State the applicants details.
  • State the number of entries needed.
  • Confirm financial responsibility for the applicant.
  • Name the organisation being visited.
  • State the duration of the trip.
Invite letter from the organisation in Sudan:
  • Name the applicant.
  • State the purpose of the trip.
  • State the number of entries required.
  • It must be signed and bear the company seal.
  • It must be approved by the Sudanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  • It must be transmitted to the Sudanese Embassy in London prior to submitting the visa applicaiton.

  • Validity of visa is 60 days including the date of issue.
  • Period of stay is 60 days starting from the date of entry to Sudan.
