REQUIREMENTS
Passport
  • Needs to be valid for at least 6 months from date of lodging.
  • Has to have at least 2 blank visa pages.
Three completed Visa application forms.

Photographs
  • Supply three recent photo booth sized photos. They must be on an off whitish background.
Original UK company letter
  • If the employer is outside of the UK, then the letter must state that there is no UK company and that the applicant is the sole representative.
  • It must be fully addressed to the Niger Embassy in Brussels: Niger Embassy, 1050, Avenue Franklin Roosevelt 78, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium
  • State the length of visa and amount of entries needed.
  • The employer is financially responsible for the trip.
  • Purpose of trip and the name of the company being visited.
  • Passport Expiry date
  • Passport Start date.
  • Passport number and Nationality.
  • Applicants full name.
Invite letter from Niger:
  • It can be a copy.
  • It must include the following points:
  • It is important to mention the length of visa required and how many entries.
  • It does not need to be the original.
  • It must be fully addressed to the Niger Embassy in Brussles: Niger Embassy, 1050, Avenue Franklin Roosevelt 78, 1000 Bruxelles, Belgium
  • Include the following points:
  • Applicants full name.
  • Passport Expiry date.
  • Passport Start date
  • Passport number and nationality.
  • Purpose of the trip.
  • Include the following points:
Yellow Fever Certifcate.
Copy of Air Ticket.

Important notes:
  • You must enter and exit within the validity dates stated on the visa.
  • Please note the Embassy is located in Belgium. The cost for couriering to Belgium is included in our handling fee. Whereas the return courier fee from Belgium is included in the Embassy fee.
