REQUIREMENTS
Passport
  • Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date from Zambia.
  • It must have 2 blank pages.
  • Also supply a copy of the photo details page from the passport.
Visa form
  • The answered should be typed on or block capitals by hand in black ink.
Photograph
  • 2 photos of photo booth quality on an off whitish background. Staple them to the visa form.
Proof of UK Residence
  • An Original UK residence card, plus a colour photocopy of both sides of it.
  • A valid UK visa in the passport.
Copy of Flight itinerary or ticket.
