Visa Application Form

  • Complete by hand and in black ink.
Approval
  • Visa reference number, obtained by the Libyan travel agent. This must be telexed to the embassy in London, from the Libyan Foreign Ministry in Tripoli.
Employers/University or School Letter:
  • The company's registration number should be visible..
  • State the dates of entry, exit and the purpose of visit.
  • Applicants full name and job title.
  • Address the letter to the Embassy.
  • Include the following points:
Photographs
  • Two recent passport sized colour photographs of photo booth quality on an off whitish background. Staple the photos to the visa form.
Passport
  • Has to have at least one clear visa page.
  • Has to have at least six months validity after the date of return from Libya.
  • The passport must not have any Israeli stamps in it.
Important information:
  • Single entry visas are valid for 3 months.
  • This Embassy does not need to see a UK residence visa.
  • Collections are from Mon- Thursday. The Embassy is closed every Friday.
  • The Embassy is open for lodging applications Mon-Wed.
