Completed application form. This is included in our pack. Once we complete the online form for you we will be sent an ID Number.
Passport: Supply a copy of the Bio page. Your passport must have at least 6 months validity left on it.
An emailed Invite letter from the Company in India
  • Address it to the High Commission of India, London, United Kingdom
  • State purpose of the trip.
  • Passport number and Nationality.
  • Passport Start date
  • Passport Expiry date.
  • State Applicants full name.
  • State the length of visa required and how many entries.
Important information
  • An application for e-Visa must be made at least four calendar days in advance of the date of arrival and can be made as early as 120 days in advance.
  • Maximum duration of stay on Business purposes is 180 days.
