REQUIREMENTS
Passport
  • Passport with 1 blank page. It must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the entry date.
Visa form:
  • Supply 1 visa form completed by hand.
Photographs:
  • Supply 2 photographs of photo booth quality. They must be on an off whitish background.
Proof of Residence:
  • Either as a valid UK visa in the passport, or as a card or paper document.If the residence visa is separate then also supply a photocopy of both sides of the document.
  • Not applicable to EU members.
Proof of Travel:
  • Supply a copy of the Flight itinerary.
  • Supply a copy of the hotel confirmation.
